Shipping & Refund policy


Shipping time:

Shipping time may vary from product to another, and it depends on your location (usually from 07 to15 days worldwide).

Damaged Product:

Fishing pure will gladly exchange any damaged products because of manufacturer’s defect.

Fishing puremust be notified via email of any damage (or other problems) and provide with all additional information within 1 week from the delivery date of the package.

To expedite the reshipment, please provide a picture or video of the defective product. This helps us identify the issue and ship you the replacement parts. We will not incur any extra shipping and replacement costs.

Fishing pure reserves the right to deny reshipments of any order if notified after 1 week from delivery date.

Return Policy:

To return your product, please email with your product informations to support@fihsingpure.com
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

NOTE: Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts.
Any item that returned over 30 days after delivery can not be returned.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it's approved, then your refund will proceed, and a credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (usually between 10 to 15 business days).

If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before they officially posted your refund.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before they post a refund.

Sale items (if applicable) :

Only regular priced items may will be refunded,

unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, usually from (15 to 30 business days).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
